Property Evaluation & Pre-Auction Estimate

The first step in the process is to obtain a property evaluation. Please complete the form below.

We will review your items immediately. We will offer a pre-auction estimate as well as an idea of which auction(s) we would place the items in. We can help you arrange safe and cost-effective shipping. Once the items are received, we will send you a consignor agreement.

How we Handle Your Consignment

Your items are fully insured once they reach our location. From there, we’ll professionally photographed, advertised and marketed worldwide via website, publications, social media, email alerts, and third-party online hosts.

Among the best in the industry, our online and/or print catalogs create the finest possible marketing tool for our consignors. The full-color catalogs are available well before the sale, allowing potential buyers time to explore their options and choose to participate in bidding. Additionally, we hold a lengthy preview to accommodate buyers who wish to personally examine objects of interest.

If necessary we can arrange for the restoration of items. Our restoration professionals are among the very best in the industry and we are able to arrange a reasonable price when their services are utilized.

Helpful Information for Completing Your Auction Estimate

Please be as specific as possible and use the ‘Item Description’ field to list information such as artist and or maker, size, medium, provenance, and purchase history.

In addition to a clear, overall image, please provide close-up images of any markings, such as artist’s signatures, hallmarks and maker’s marks.

Please submit a separate form for each item that you would like to have evaluated.
