| 632. Frederico Castellon (Spanish/American, 1914-1971), Memories, c. 1940; lithogragh, 13" x 10", pencil signed, recently framed, but retains original Associated American Artists, NYC label verso. Castellon was a surrealist painter and printmaker greatly influenced by Dali. He exhibited from the 1930s-60s, at the Whitney Museum, Associated American Artists, Carnegie Institute, Art Institute of Chicago, and the Corcoran Gallery. His work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, Boston Museum, and the Library of Congress.
