Harrison Begay (American, b.1927), lot of two watercolors, one pictured: “Mother and Daughter on Horseback”, 16" x 16", signed, “Haskay Yenah Yah”; with another depicting two horseback riders, 16" x 19", also signed. Begay studied at the Fort Wingate Indian School, Phoenix Jr. College. He exhibited at the First National Exhibition American Indian Painters, and the Philbrook Art Center. His work is in the collections of the Museum of the American Indian, Oklahoma University, Gilcrease Institute, Museum of New Mexico, and the Denver Art Museum. 800-1200
