| 694. George Herbert Baker (American, 1878-1943), lot of two drawings, one pictured: “Old Barn”, c.1920; pencil drawing with some colored highlights, 8" x 10", signed; with another simiar work. Baker was an important landscape painter from Richmond, Indiana. He was born in Muncie, IN and studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy.
