She studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, and her work is in the collections of the University of Kansas, Kansas State Historical Society and the Wichita Public Library. Her specialty was woodcuts and illustrated nature books. 400-600 |

1093. Harry B. Wagoner (American, 1889-1950), "California Desert Scene", c.1925; oil/canvas, 16" x 20", signed. During the 1920s, Wagoner spent his winters in southern California. He resided some of the time in Palm Springs, and his works of the desert are well known. He was a member of the Pasadena Sculptors and Painters, and exhibited at the Stendahl Gallery in Los Angeles in 1927. 1500-2500 |
