| 506. Charles Harry Kellner (American, b.1890), “Landscape with Houses”, c.1930; oil/canvas, 30" x 36", signed. Chicago painter. He studied with Victor Higgins, W.J. Reynolds, and Harry Lachman. He was a member of the Chicago Society of Artists, All-Illinois Society of Fine Artists, and the Chicago Palette and Chisel Club. He exhibited murals at the Illinois Building at the New York Worlds Fair (1939), Golden Gate Exhibition, and the All-Illinois Society of Fine Artists. 800-1200 |
