| 501. Rolla Taylor (American, 1872-1970), “Texas Bluebonnets”, c.1940; oil/board, 16” x 20”, signed. Well-known Texas landscape painter. Taylor studied with Onderdonk and Arpa. He was a member of the Southern States Art League, Texas Fine Artist Association, and the American Federation of Artists. He exhibited at the Cotton Carnival (1910), San Antonio Art Guild, San Antonio Competitive Exhibitions, and the Texas Federation of Womens Clubs.
