576. James Merriam (American, 1880-1951), "Southern California Landscape", c.1925; oil/canvas, 25" x 30", signed, fine original carved frame. Merriam moved to Los Angeles in 1920, and lived there until his death. He painted deserts, mountains, and missions. This is an excellent example of this artist's work. 1000-2000
