| 511. Martin Ferguson (Canadian/American, 1908-1991) "Nova
Scotia", c.1950; oil / board, 9" x 12", signed. He studied at the
Ontario College of Arts and Design in Toronto. He served in the
Canadian Air Force in WWII, and then moved to New York. He later
moved to Greenwich, CT and was a member of the Greenwich Art
Society and the Greenwich Art Barn Society of Artists. He exhibited at
the Canadian National Gallery (Ottawa); Eaton's Galleries
(Toronto); Zwicker Galleries (Halifax); and the Greenwich Art Society.
He lived in Santa Fe after 1973. 400-600 |
