667. Frederick Carl Frieseke (American, 1874-1939), "Woman in an Interior", c.1915; oil/board, 11" x 9", signed, ornate contemporary frame. Important impressionist painter. Frieseke studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and in New York before going to Paris. In 1906, he moved to Giverny and was Monet's neighbor.
