Originally from England, Wood arrived in the U.S. in 1911, and soon traveled west, eventually settling in California. He soon became an important figure at the artist's colony in Laguna Beach. Highly prolific, Wood's landscape paintings became very well known across the nation, and he enjoyed a great degree of success in his career as an artist. 3500-5500 |

Ingerle worked in Chicago, and also in the Ozarks and in Tennessee.
