658. Roi Clarkson Colman (American, 1884-1945), "California Surf", c.1940; oil/canvas, 28" x 36", signed and dated, nicely framed. Colman studied in Chicago and in Paris before settling in Southern California in 1913. He established a studio in Laguna Beach in 1920.
