Wisconsin painter. He studied at the University
of Wisconsin and the Cincinnati Art Academy. He exhibited
throughout the 1930s-40s, at the Art Institute of Chicago
(1938-46); Madison Art Association (1940); Kansas City
Art Institute (1940); and the University of Wisconsin
(1937-45). His work is included in the collections of the
Art Institute of Chicago, University of Wisconsin, and
the Milwaukee Art Institute, and he taught at
Lawrence College in the 1940s. 2500-4500 |
