Charles and Ray Eames Child's stool, by Evans Products, 1945, molded birch plywood, 14.5"w x 10.5"d x 8.5"h, refinished, very good condition 4000-5000 The Eameses stackable children's furniture was produced in a limited run of 5,000 pieces. The designers were criticized for using a heart shape for the cutout in the back of the chair, which was perceived by some of their contemporaries as too sentimental and not modern enough.
